Solutions Architect – ServiceNow

Design and deploy multi-cloud infrastructure environments using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible Architect scalable compute, storage, and networking layers across AWS, Azure, or GCP Automate continuous integration, deployment pipelines, and cloud resource provisioning workflows Ensure infrastructure meets corporate security baseline standards, compliance policies, and performance benchmarks Lead the technical design, deployment, and configuration of ServiceNow instances covering ITSM, ITOM, and Cloud Provisioning & Governance Configure MID Servers, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB populations across cloud environments Develop custom workflows, Scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub spokes, and business rules within ServiceNow Oversee instance cloning, upgrade management, release management, and platform performance tuning Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or Lead Systems Engineer Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) with proven hands on experience installing, configuring, and extending ServiceNow platforms Proven expertise provisioning cloud environments in AWS, Azure, or GCP using IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep) Technical proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth, and IntegrationHub Hands on experience with JavaScript (ServiceNow API), Python, PowerShell, or Bash Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in designing and deploying multi-cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools, with a strong focus on ServiceNow platform configuration and automation.
