For our Accounting Team at our headquarters in Aarau, we are looking for a Specialist Accounting & Digitalisation (80-100%) - 1629 Ensuring electricity in Switzerland To strengthen our Accounting team, we are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and implementation-strong personality who combines operational accounting, process management, and digitalisation.
In this newly created role, you will continuously analyse and develop our accounting processes. Together with our Accounting team and IT, you will design efficient, standardised, and future-proof processes in the SAP S/4HANA environment, thereby making a significant contribution to the digital advancement of our accounting. Your responsibilities include: Identifying potentials for standardisation, digitalisation, and automation of accounting processes as well as implementing corresponding optimisation measures in collaboration with the Accounting team and IT Leading and supporting projects to further develop accounting processes and to introduce new system functions and digital solutions Acting as a professional interface between Accounting, IT, and other departments to ensure optimal implementation of professional requirements in the systems Supporting the Accounting team in daily operations to gain valuable insights for continuous process optimisation Documenting processes, further developing standards, and promoting knowledge transfer within the team What makes you stand out You do not see accounting as a mere execution function but actively develop processes and drive digitalisation in accounting.
You work precisely, think in context, and have the courage to question established procedures and improve them sustainably. Furthermore, you bring the following: Completed training in finance and accounting or studies in business administration with an accounting or finance focus or in business informatics (FH/university) Several years of practical experience in accounting with solid knowledge of general and subsidiary ledgers and closing processes Experience in analysing, optimising, and digitalising accounting processes as well as participating in or leading corresponding projects Proficient use of SAP S/4HANA and very good Excel skills.
You quickly and independently familiarise yourself with new tools and system logics Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style as well as high personal responsibility and strong implementation skills Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; French and English skills are welcome How we inspire you Our Accounting team offers you a newly created role with great scope for design.
