Role: An internationally oriented real estate service provider supporting companies and owners throughout the entire lifecycle of properties. Employees work on a wide variety of properties and have interfaces with owners, tenants, craftsmen, authorities and internal specialists. At the same time, digitalisation, energy efficiency and sustainable building management play an increasingly important role.

Responsibilities: You independently manage a demanding portfolio of residential and commercial properties and are the central contact person for owners, tenants and other stakeholders.
You additionally take on a professional and personnel leadership and coaching role and support several employees with professional and organisational questions depending on your function. You ensure professional lease contract management, conduct negotiations with commercial tenants and handle rentals, vacancies, inspections, handovers and tenant fit-outs. You are responsible for heating and operating cost accounting, budgets, forecasts and meaningful reporting and ensure the economic development of the managed mandates.
You coordinate FM partners, contribute to projects and work closely with the branch management on the further development of processes and services. Qualifications: A further qualification as a property manager with a federal certificate of competence or a comparable qualification forms your foundation. You bring several years of experience in managing demanding residential and especially commercial properties and are proficient in handling commercial lease contracts.
Leadership experience or pronounced coaching skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking distinguish you. You communicate confidently in German.
