For our Learning & Instructional Design department, we are looking for a Specialist Learning & Instructional Design m/f/d to join us full-time from November 1, 2026, on a fixed-term contract until December 31, 2027, as a parental leave replacement. Your responsibilities Design and didactic development of digital teaching offerings and learning materials in close collaboration with lecturers (e.g.
online modules, self-study courses, interactive learning content) Advising, training and supporting lecturers in the use of learning platforms and digital tools Coordination and management of projects in the field of digital teaching (planning, implementation, quality assurance, documentation, reporting) Strategic further development of the university-s e-learning profile and its digital teaching and learning landscape (e.g.
identification of needs, development of concepts, contribution to guidelines and standards) Analysis and evaluation of existing teaching offerings (e.g. feedback, usage data), derivation of optimisation measures and implementation of innovative teaching and learning formats Your profile Completed university degree (e.g. Education, Educational Sciences, Media Education, Instructional Design or a comparable field) Solid experience in the design, development and implementation of digital teaching and learning scenarios (e-learning, blended learning, online courses, learning management systems) Good knowledge of common learning platforms (ideally Canvas) and authoring tools German and English language skills, both written and spoken, for collaboration with lecturers, international partners and for the creation of learning materials Project management skills, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility, as well as strong advisory skills for cooperative collaboration with lecturers, students and service units What you can look forward to: Work-life balance – flexible working models, including the option to work remotely, 32 days of annual leave, and our BusinessBike program “We statt me- – a highly collaborative, team-oriented working environment with open and honest communication “Can-do spirit- – we are looking for people who want to make a difference and drive things forward An inspiring work environment – with plenty of room for innovative thinking and action.
