o Support health visiting teams to access appropriate care pathwayso Support use of the Ready to Relate intervention implementation with healthvisiting teamso To train the 0-5 workforce in early recognition and basic interventionsrelated to suboptimal perinatal mental healtho Support the training of health visiting teams to embrace new ways ofworking using digital platformso To develop and provide a consultation model to support health visitingteams in their perinatal mental health work.o Identify what prevalence data is required to be collatedo Support the health visiting teams to collect prevalence data and evidenceimpacto To develop the interface between health visiting services, IAPT andSMABS.o To engage with the Perinatal mental health steering group to identifyopportunities for development across the district.o Contribute to teaching and training on issues related to perinatal mentalhealth, parent-infant relationship, within 0-19 services.o Development work; stakeholder engagement; integration to amultidisciplinary team; leadership of quality improvement and best practice.
