Job Description Currently we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist to join a specialist neurological rehabilitation service in Gloucester, supporting individuals with complex long-term neurological conditions to maximise their independence, mobility and quality of life. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality physiotherapy assessment, treatment and rehabilitation, using evidence-based practice and effective clinical reasoning to develop personalised treatment plans.
Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum Position: Physiotherapist Hours: Full-Time Setting: Neurological Rehabilitation Location: Gloucester Your key responsibilities will be; Assess and treat individuals with highly complex neurological conditions. Develop, implement and evaluate personalised rehabilitation and treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to maximise functional ability.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary neurological rehabilitation team. Identify and source specialist equipment for complex physical needs. Provide guidance and training to therapy and care assistants. Complete clinical risk assessments, outcome measures and relevant clinical audits. For this role, we’re looking for someone who has; A recognised Physiotherapy degree and current HCPC registration.
At least two years’ relevant physiotherapy experience. Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based physiotherapy practice. Experience working with complex neurological conditions and rehabilitation. Knowledge of clinical governance and relevant regulatory frameworks. What benefits are on offer? Equivalent of 33 days annual leave, including bank holidays.
