In this role, you will work closely with the Communications Manager to create engaging content and manage key communication channels. Your contributions will be vital in driving awareness, understanding, and engagement across the Condor Programme, ensuring our colleagues receive clear, timely, and meaningful updates. What you'll be doing Supporting the planning, creation, and delivery of regular programme communications, including newsletters, virtual huddles, and in-person events.

Creating engaging content that showcases programme progress and achievements, such as intranet articles and short-form videos. Coordinating key leadership engagement forums, managing logistics, and preparing communication materials. Building strong relationships across the programme to gather information and develop engaging content for updates. Identifying innovative ways to engage audiences, ensuring communications are relevant and impactful.

Strong communication skills with the ability to draft and adapt content for various audiences. Proficiency in communication tools like Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience in internal communications is a plus. It would be great if you also have A background in communications or marketing.
