In addition to the competitive salary, there are also benefits on tap – including Benefits Annual leave (increasing with length of service) a generous pension scheme (matched up to 9%) potential to earn bonuses enhanced maternity / adoption leave access to a great range of online and high street discounts free access to healthcare our popular YuLife app our Cycle to Work scheme Responsibilities Managing key customer accounts across multiple sites and branches, acting as the single point of contact for all account-related enquiries Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing a high level of service and support Placing stock orders on behalf of customers by liaising directly with branch teams and coordinating requirements Monitoring stock availability and ensuring customer orders are fulfilled efficiently by checking stock levels and communicating updates Contract & Working Hours This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am – 5.00pm, with one day a week working from home.
Requirements To be able to demonstrate strong IT literacy, including the ability to use systems and to be able to enter data into spreadsheets accurately Communicate confidently and professionally over the phone, providing excellent customer service Experience building and maintaining positive relationships with customers through effective communication and account management Accurately enter, update and manage data within spreadsheets and internal systems Wolseley UK is the country’s largest plumbing, heating and cooling trade specialist merchant and we aim to be the first choice specialist merchant for trade customers.
