Based within our vibrant Sport Building, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience for students, staff, members and visitors, supporting everything from memberships and bookings to enquiries, events and programme administration. This is more than a traditional reception role. As part of a team delivering the University's ambitious Physical Wellbeing Plan 2030, you will contribute to initiatives that improve wellbeing, increase participation and help students feel connected and supported throughout their university journey.

We are looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused individual who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys building positive relationships with a diverse range of customers. Flexibility is an essential requirement of the role, with working hours scheduled predominantly on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and Thursday and Friday mornings to meet the operational needs of the service.
