As a Sales & Marketing Representative, you'll be the face of our charity campaigns, engaging with members of the public in high-footfall locations across the West Midlands. You'll learn valuable communication, sales, and leadership skills while working within a supportive and ambitious team environment. Responsibilities Represent our charity partners through face-to-face sales and marketing. Engage with members of the public in busy shopping centres, high streets, and event locations.

Build rapport and deliver outstanding customer service. Work towards individual and team performance goals. Attend daily coaching sessions and ongoing development workshops. Occasionally travel across the UK for campaigns, networking events, and business development opportunities.
