Sr. Analyst – Sprinklr- D & T

 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related fields.  3-4 years of hands-on experience with Sprinklr platform administration and configuration.  Relevant tertiary or certificate qualification in an IT related discipline.  Sprinklr certifications highly desirable.  Proven experience in leading and managing projects, preferably in a marketing or technology environment.

 Strong understanding of marketing and commercial processes and how they align with digital platforms like Sprinklr.
