A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Sr. IAM Governance Analyst Position type: Contract (12+ months) Location: Charlotte, NC Hybrid Onsite (3 days onsite, 2 days remote in a week) As a Sr. IAM Governance Analyst, you will: Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cybersecurity governance within a leading financial institution. The ideal candidate will have: Experience in Information Security Analysis, with proven expertise in IAM governance, risk management, and controls. Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex processes, identify gaps, and recommend actionable improvements.
Exceptional communication abilities to develop executive-ready reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations. Demonstrated experience managing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and influencing stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment.
