Cox Automotive seeks a Sr Lead UX Researcher to drive user insight for innovative automotive and media solutions. In this role, you will own end-to-end research for complex digital products, from discovery and foundational studies to iterative usability testing. You'll design and execute mixed-methods research, synthesize findings into clear product recommendations, and influence roadmaps across brands like Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book.
Partner closely with product, design, and engineering, mentor researchers, and champion a people-first, data-informed, and inclusive UX culture.
