Job Vacancy: STAFF NURSE Employer/Company: Insight Global Health Job Location: United States of America STAFF NURSE Preferred Clinical Areas: Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Coronary Care Unit (CCU) General Ward Emergency Room (ER) Operating Room (OR) Labor and Delivery (L&D) Other relevant specialty areas Qualifications: Newly assigned bedside nurses are welcome to apply.

Preferably with experience in Medical-Surgical, ICU, CCU, or General Ward nursing. Candidates with experience in specialty areas such as ER, OR, L&D, and other clinical units may also be considered. Must have experience working in a secondary or tertiary hospital. Strong clinical assessment, patient-care, and critical-thinking skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with physicians, nurses, patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment and manage multiple patient-care responsibilities. Strong commitment to patient safety, infection prevention, confidentiality, and professional nursing standards. Reliable, compassionate, responsible, and committed to delivering quality patient care. Responsibilities: Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered nursing care according to established clinical standards.

Assess patients' conditions, monitor vital signs, and identify changes in health status. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and in accordance with hospital policies. Develop and implement appropriate nursing care plans based on patient needs. Monitor patients' responses to treatments and promptly report significant changes to physicians or senior nursing staff. Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during examinations, procedures, and treatments.

Maintain accurate and timely patient records, nursing notes, medication records, and other required documentation. Participate in patient admissions, transfers, discharges, and handover procedures. Provide patient and family education regarding medications, treatments, procedures, and health management. Follow infection prevention and control procedures and maintain a safe and sanitary patient-care environment.

Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in patients' conditions. Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and other hospital departments. Maintain patient privacy, confidentiality, dignity, and safety at all times. Properly operate and maintain nursing equipment and ensure necessary supplies are available. Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical care initiatives.

Follow hospital policies, nursing protocols, and applicable healthcare standards. Perform other nursing duties appropriate to the assigned unit or specialty.
