Support the finance and admin team in the collation of data reporting and general admin tasks from receipt through to despatch Stock assembly and preparation, utilising the tools and systems provided Check and respond to emails Collate hours worked in various areas and compile reports for admin manager and management team Investigate any stock issues, resolve or escalate as required Utilise a WMS to maintain appropriate work documents Methodical approach and good attention to detail Good problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office applications with a focus on Excel Experience of working with WMS systems GXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
