What is my role? As a Strategic Buyer, you are the driving force behind clever procurement strategies at our client! You develop and implement innovative purchasing concepts that advance the company. You analyse procurement markets and identify new suppliers and optimisation potentials You negotiate framework agreements and conditions with national and international partners You develop long-term purchasing strategies and implement them operationally You work closely with various departments and advise them on procurement matters You conduct market and competitor analyses and derive recommendations for action You continuously optimise purchasing processes and ensure cost savings What do I need to be successful?
You bring the following: Commercial or technical basic training with further education FH degree in Industrial Engineering / Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM) Several years of professional experience in strategic purchasing, ideally in a manufacturing company Negotiation skills and assertiveness - you know how to create win-win situations Analytical thinking and a structured way of working Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written Confident handling of MS Office and ideally knowledge of SAP MM or a comparable ERP system Strong communication skills and team spirit - you enjoy working with various stakeholders What are my benefits?
