Your Tasks: Dive deep and explore trends in the areas of digitalisation, sales, transformation, merger, and integration. Actively shape the financial sector and contribute your innovative ideas on business models, organisation, agile structures, and process management. Create smart strategies for the digital future of banks or insurance companies together with your project team and prepare the results in a management-oriented manner.

You are part of the entire process: from conception through planning to project implementation. You can also demonstrate your capabilities beyond project work. Develop innovations together, write your own articles, or get involved in recruiting and university marketing. Your Skills: Successful degree in business administration (Master's or PhD) or comparable academic qualification. Experience in consulting, the financial sector, or a FinTech through internships.

You are committed to the team and bring a strong sense of responsibility. You think strategically and are responsible in implementation. You enjoy questioning the familiar.
