Job Description Lead the integration design and oversee the formalisation of the exchange architecture and the integration of the S4Hana solution within the client’s ecosystem and architecture. Lead the implementation of interfaces ensuring the quality of delivery and alignment with architectural principles and the designed integration foundation. Lead the various testing phases with the specificities of integration topics (unit tests, integration tests, integration acceptance, etc).
Understand and adapt integration patterns to client contexts. Manage and execute decision matrices to accelerate interface development by relying on predefined patterns. Secure operability within the implementation of interfaces for productive mode management of the solution (e.g., application monitoring, end-to-end monitoring). Anticipate and integrate performance aspects into every design element by supporting clients in expressing their expectations and measuring performance.
Analyse, shape, design, and estimate integration projects for major SAP transformation opportunities. Deliver compelling presentations during client missions and external/internal events to build a certain reputation. Supervise interface delivery teams by liaising between functional, technical, and architecture teams. Develop trusting relationships with client stakeholders and key partners such as SAP and other Hyperscalers or integration solution vendors.
Profile Functional and technical knowledge without the need for strong expertise. Experience with SAP S4 HANA integration methods (API, Event, IDOC, etc) is expected, including challenges of data mapping, coordination of legacy teams, message replay issues, etc. Technical knowledge of SAP integration solutions such as BTP Integration Suite, PO. Knowledge and experience with non-SAP integration solutions and components (Apigee, Axway, Boomi, Mulesoft, Nifi, Talend, etc).
Experience in project monitoring to ensure delivery of expected outputs in the Integration Stream (integration strategy, interface implementation, test monitoring, and Build-2-Run). Pre-sales experience is desirable, with demonstrated ability to shape and structure responses to tenders. Interest in technological watch and sharing within communities. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Experience presenting to client stakeholders up to C-Level.
