Purpose of job: Joining the multi-disciplinary Families First Service, you will be responsible for co-ordinating the treatment of service users, helping them to deal with their substance misuse so that they can change their lives and be happy, with a specific focus on preventing family breakdown.
You will need to be able to work with service users holistically, helping them to access other services, both within the Families First Team and in other services, that can help with the practical problems they may be facing as a result of their substance misuse (e.g., housing, financial, healthcare etc). While you are working hard, doing your best for the people of Worcestershire, we will do our best to provide an environment that supports and inspires you.
