Moulton College is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Success Coach to support our students in reaching their full potential. In this rewarding role, you'll provide one-to-one coaching, deliver engaging personal development sessions, and work closely with curriculum and wellbeing teams to drive student success. This role will be working 37 hours per week, over 40 working weeks per year. Interviews for this role will be taking place week commencing 28 September 2026. Your duties What are the main duties? You will: Coach students individually and in groups to improve motivation, set goals, and track academic progress. Deliver personal development sessions on topics like relationships, consent, and safeguarding.
Monitor and follow up on attendance and engagement to support student retention and re-engagement. Provide pastoral and wellbeing support, referring students to specialist services when needed. Support career and employability development through skills coaching and collaboration with the Careers Team. The successful candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, abilities and qualities will include: Minimum of grade C in GCSE Maths & English Language (or equivalent).
Knowledge of student engagement strategies, personal development coaching, and safeguarding principles. Experience in working with diverse student populations, including SEND and at-risk learners. Strong understanding of barriers to learning, social mobility, and inclusion strategies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students. There are too many benefits to working at Moulton College to include them all.
