Flourish Education is recruiting Supply Teachers to work across a range of primary schools in Coventry on a day-to-day supply basis. Day-to-day supply gives you the freedom to choose when you work and where you work, making it an ideal option if you're looking for flexibility, variety or a better work-life balance.
You could be working in a different school or year group each day, giving you the opportunity to meet new pupils, work with different staff teams and experience a variety of school environments. As this is a day-to-day Supply Teacher role, you will not be expected to plan lessons. However, you will be expected to: Create a positive and engaging learning environment. Deliver pre-planned lessons in an enthusiastic, creative and effective way.
Work alongside teaching assistants and school staff to support pupils. Manage classroom behaviour confidently and effectively. Follow school policies and routines throughout the day. Adapt quickly to different classes, year groups and school settings. To apply for this Supply Teacher role, you will need: Experience teaching within either Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2). Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.

Working as a Supply Teacher for Flourish Education also offers you: £135.00–£180.00 per day, equivalent to £26,325–£35,100 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year. Holiday Pay – 12.07% of your day rate is accrued into your holiday pot. Pension contributions. Free KCSIE-compliant Safeguarding and Prevent Duty Training, including modules covering legislation, FGM and abuse. A refer-a-friend bonus scheme.

You will be working across primary schools in Coventry, with opportunities easily commutable from Kenilworth, Whitley, Willenhall and surrounding areas. Most schools also offer on-site parking.
