In this versatile role, you combine independent case management with varied assistant tasks and ensure that everything runs smoothly both organisationally and administratively. Support Officer (all) Your area of responsibility You independently handle tasks in easement management, from transit documents and search requests to the correct and timely payment of compensations In the area of general administration, you open orders, prepare project dossiers and create information letters, correspondence and document templates As support for the management team, you organise meetings, appointments and other organisational matters You keep monthly reports, organisational charts and employee overviews up to date and coordinate their publication on the intranet The planning and organisation of internal team meetings, specialist conferences and training sessions as well as the coordination of translations also belong to your varied range of tasks You contribute supportively to the training of our commercial apprentices and enable them a good start into the professional world Your profile You have completed commercial vocational training or have several years of experience in a similar role Organisational talent, a structured way of working and enjoyment of varied administrative tasks characterise you You are confident in using MS Office and common computer programmes; SAP-ERP knowledge is an advantage Your good imagination and affinity for technical topics enable you to quickly familiarise yourself with new tasks and specialist areas Your language skills allow you to communicate confidently in German and French Industry knowledge is a plus and facilitates your entry into your new environment At BKW Power Grid, we shape a reliable energy future through innovative solutions, responsibility and close collaboration.
