About the Role As a Supported Living Support Worker, you'll help adults with complex physical and learning disabilities: Live independently in their own homes or adapted small adapted residential settings Access the community and enjoy activities such as shopping, cinema visits, football matches, and themed days Receive personal care and practical support, including mobility, medication, dressing, mealtimes, housework, and laundry Build confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging Job Description: Support Worker (Res Resp) No two days are the same, and your role will make a lasting impact on the lives of those you support.

What We Offer £13.45/hr (£25,947.47 p.a. pro-rata) with £14.12/hr nightshift premium Fully funded SVQ qualification - yours for life Permanent contracts: 4 x 37 hours & 2 x 18.5 hour contracts available Rolling rotas so you can plan your life outside of work 32 days' holiday, increasing to 37 with service Free PVG checks £600 refer a friend scheme Pension scheme with up to 8% employer contribution Perks & discounts: Blue Light Card, Concerts for Carers, shopping schemes 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme *Benefits are subject to contractual terms.

About You Experience preferred but not essential - full training provided Driving license and access to vehicle essential Flexible, caring, and committed to person-centred support Ready to make a genuine, positive difference every day Key Information Locations: Dunfermline (KY12) & Rosyth (KY11) Shift patterns: Days (typically 7am-2:45pm), Backshifts (2pm-10pm), Nightshifts (10pm-7am), over 7-day rolling rotas - one in three weekends off.
