About the service At our Forfar Housing Support Service, no two days are the same. We proudly support 4 adults-each with their own unique personalities, strengths and needs-across their own tenancies. Role includes Delivering a varied range of personal care Supporting people through behaviours that may challenge you Manual handling and Wheelchair pushing Administering and supporting with medication Cooking/Meal Preparation and Menu planning Support with household tasks including cleaning and shopping Provide support with finances Support to go on holidays or short breaks Writing and maintaining support plans and risk assessments Shift pattern Shift pattern includes a variety of earlies, lates, and waking night shifts, offering a flexible working structure.
Team members work either alone or in a 2:1 arrangement, but always support just one individual to ensure person centred care. Shifts are assigned through a rota system, to maintain consistency and fairness across the team.
