Both individuals are wheelchair users, and one person does not use words to communicate. This role includes providing full personal care and supporting people to achieve their goals, maintain their independence, and enjoy the things that matter most to them. Both people lead active and fulfilling lives and enjoy the following: Attending football matches Going to music events Arts and crafts Exploring the outdoors and local nature spots Visiting local attractions and beaches Swimming sessions Hydrotherapy and holistic wellbeing sessions Shopping trips and appointments We're looking for someone who is: Caring, patient, and compassionate Enthusiastic about supporting people to live fulfilling lives Comfortable providing personal care A confident driver with a full UK/EU manual driving licence Flexible to work a mixture of early, late, and weekend shifts A positive team player with good communication skills A competitive payrate with uplift for overtime you chose to work Flexible shift patterns to suit your needs 30 days paid Annual Leave (including public holidays - pro rata) Opportunities for career progression Supported 'Learn to Drive' scheme (up to 30 driving lessons, 1 theory/practical test - all paid for by us) We offer a salary advance scheme where you can access up to 50% of the money you've earned before payday.
