Resilient, flexible and composed Caring, patient and compassionate Passionate about supporting independence A strong team player Comfortable following Positive Behaviour Support plans Experienced in supporting people with autism or keen to develop their knowledge Previous care experience is beneficial, but your values, attitude and genuine desire to make a difference matter most.
