She has Complex Mental Health and Autism although she requires round-the-clock care, This individual is a horror movie fan, thrill seeking rollercoaster rider who loves to shop, bake and sing. This is a rewarding role supporting a lady who brings a lot of happiness, warmth, and personality to those around her.
Experience with Autism or complex Mental Health needs is helpful but not essential. You should be kind, patient, caring, reliable, consistent and confident in your role Happy to engage in sensory, creative, and play-based activities. Able to work as part of a small, stable team.
