This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll provide person centred support tailored to the individual's preferences, routines, and aspirations. You'll support with daily living tasks, personal care, medication, PEG feeding, moving and assisting, and enabling him to enjoy the hobbies he loves. You'll work closely as part of a supportive team and receive full training, including specialist training for health related support needs.

We're looking for compassionate, patient, and proactive individuals who enjoy building meaningful relationships and helping people achieve the best possible quality of life. No two days are the same, and every day offers the chance to make a genuine difference. Shifts across our vacancies include a mixture of late shifts (3pm to 10pm), long days, sleep-ins, weekends and bank holidays, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

We're looking for someone who is naturally observant, calm, and proactive, able to adapt to changing needs while providing high-quality, person-centred support. You'll be committed to promoting choice, independence, and wellbeing at every opportunity. Working closely with colleagues, you'll be a strong team player who values collaboration, particularly when providing support with moving and assisting and complex health needs.

Above all, you'll bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to making every day meaningful for the person you support. A full UK driving licence is essential, and you must be confident driving a manual vehicle, as you'll use the gentleman's car to support him to access the community, attend appointments, and enjoy the things that matter most to him. You do not need your own vehicle for this role.
