It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve because of your involvement, knowing that you've made someone's life better.

This is a permanent, full-time position, 35 contracted hours a week, working on shifts, between the hours of 7am and 10pm, including weekends, on a rota basis. You must have relevant experience with autism and epilepsy, and be willing to undergo a DBS check., behaviours and adapting care accordingly with colleagues, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene.
