Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals in their day to day lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible with each individual. Our Shifts: 8am - 10.30pm | 7.30am - 10am | 2.30pm - 9pm | 10am - 4pm | 6.30pm - 10am next day (Sunday only, includes sleepover) | 10pm - 7.30am (Sleepover) Shift Patterns: We are currently recruiting for a staff member to work a mix of the above shifts on different days, including some weekends Contract: We have 1 x 30 hour permanent contract available UK Driving License Required?

Yes essential - must be able to drive a manual vehicle (the person we support has a car) What You'll Be Doing You'll be supporting 1 person to live their daily life in the way they want to live it. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including: + Prompting with personal care + Medication Administration and attending appointments + Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management + Daily activities - anything and everything the person we support likes to do is something you might provide support with!
