Do you bring stability, structure, and clear direction to staff teams that require guidance The successful candidate will support two teams in supported living., As the Temporary Manager, you will: - Lead and support a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.

- Bring calm, clarity, and strong decision-making during high-pressure situations. - Oversee person centred support, - Ensure personal plans, risk assessments, and documentation are up-to-date, strengths-based, and meaningful. - Support staff to work confidently with active support and positive risk management. - Build strong relationships with families, social workers, health partners, and community teams.

- Maintain safe staffing, effective rotas, and clear communication channels. - Promote reflective practice and staff wellbeing in a demanding environment. - Ensure the service runs smoothly and consistently - providing stability for both staff and the people we support. About You We are looking for someone who is: - Experienced in supporting adults with learning disabilities or complex needs, particularly in supported living environments - Emotionally intelligent with strong grounding skills and the ability to lead others through challenging situations.

- Organised and proactive, able to prioritise competing pressures effectively. - A natural communicator who can build trust quickly with people we support, staff teams, and partner agencies. - Confident in leading teams, managing performance, and modelling positive values. - Skilled in risk management, decision-making, and maintaining a calm, structured environment. - Flexible, responsive, and able to adapt as circumstances change.

Relevant registration or the ability to register as a manager is essential.
