Quick Facts: Location: Lebanon, PA Start Date: 10/23/2026 End Date: 01/22/2027 Shift: Night, 3x24-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Hours/Week: 36 hours Employment Type: Contract License/Certifications: PA license; DEA required Experience: Minimum 3 years in cardiothoracic surgery or acute care Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $761.79 Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team committed to your success throughout your assignment What You’ll Do: Provide advanced practitioner support for urgent cardiothoracic surgeries Assist with pre-operative assessments and post-operative care Support staff as part of the multidisciplinary team Manage patient care activities and coordinate procedures such as vein harvesting Collaborate closely with surgeons and ICU staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Participate in 24-hour call coverage during scheduled shifts Document patient care accurately within EPIC EMR system What You Need: Required: Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner license DEA license Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in cardiothoracic or acute care settings Ability to support 24-hour shifts and call coverage Preferred: Experience with vein harvesting procedures Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment: Join a reputable hospital in Lebanon, PA, providing urgent cardiothoracic surgical care, from cath lab consultations to ICU recovery and discharge.
