Location: South Vennel Offices, Lanark Hours: 35hrs per week, permanent Work Pattern: Monday - Thursday 8.45am - 4.45pm, Friday 8.45am - 4.15pm Salary / Hourly Rate: £37,702 - £38,779 A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join this supportive and forward-thinking multiprofessional, multi-agency team within the Care at Home Team, Clydesdale as a Social Work Assistant. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to develop and utilise skills to support the people to live at home as independently as possible and achieve the goals that really matter to them in a way that puts the person at the centre of their treatment and decisions about their lives.
Supportive supervision and CPD structures are embedded in the practice of the team and this post offers the opportunity to develop and utilise skills whilst having a real impact on future service delivery in the area. You will work within the Care t Home Team, in the Clydesdale Locality. The office is based in Council Offices, South Vennel, Lanark. View the Social Work Assistant job profile.
