Systems Architect

Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for a Systems Architect in Menands, NY. Description: The Systems Architect will design service-oriented architecture, platform as a service, infrastructure as a service, and software as a service using IBM DataPower, WSO2 API Manager, WSO2 Identity Manager. The Systems Architect will design secure applications using security AP Is, transport and message layer security, encryption and decryption algorithms for data security, SAML, OAuth, and multi-factor authentication.

Mandatory Qualifications: • This position requires at least a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent from an accredited institution. A copy of the degree must be submitted. • 6 years’ experience development in medium to large-scale technical projects and assuring deliverables and project scope are met and well documented. • 6 years’ experience in designing infrastructure solutions like virtualization, Storage, Middleware, Cloud Infrastructure utilizing Infrastructure as Code Preferred Qualifications: • 6 years’ experience in managing virtualization like VMware, OpenShift Virtualization, AWS EC2, AWS VPC • 6 years’ experience managing backups using Veeam, Veeam Kasten, AWS Backup Solutions • 6 years’ experience with managing high available infrastructure, use of load balancers, managing multi region data replication.

• 6 years’ experience in performing monitoring and logging functions across multi region data centers and cloud solutions. • 6 years’ experience with Orchestration and infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible.
