Systems Engineer, Electronic Warfare & Spectrum Monitoring - Canada

Serve as the technical lead for EW, Spectrum Monitoring, and ISR system opportunities throughout the customer engagement lifecycle. Work directly with CAF and government customers to understand operational requirements and develop effective technical solutions. Translate customer concepts of operation (CONOPS) and mission requirements into system architectures, technical proposals, and solution designs.

Conduct product demonstrations, technical workshops, proof-of-concept activities, and field evaluations. Support system integration, testing, deployment, acceptance, and lifecycle sustainment activities. Collaborate with sales teams to identify, qualify, and shape new business opportunities through technical engagement with customers. Develop technical responses to RFIs, RFPs, proposals, and other customer requests.

Provide technical leadership during customer design reviews and project execution phases. Support customer training, knowledge transfer, and post-deployment technical support activities. Provide feedback from customers and operational users to product management and development organizations
