Your duties will include: Your Main Duties: Proactively pipeline skilled Electrical Engineers, Technicians, and Data Centre specialists. Own end-to-end recruitment from initial technical screening through to offer negotiation. Partner directly with engineering leadership to align on shift patterns and technical skill requirements. Guide hiring managers with real-time talent market data, compensation bench-marking, and hiring trends.
