Talent Acquisition Intern - 12 Month Placement

Understand business needs, engage with the Business leaders and Hiring Managers to deploy appropriate TA solutions to fulfil requirements Support intake meetings for every requirement Support social media content and posting to help articulate value proposition to external talent Support the candidate experience, maintain engagement throughout the hiring process and beyond Work with managers to determine the best assessment and selection approach for each role, carry out applicant down select, telephone screening, interview co-ordination and testing Support the offer management process Occasionally work out of hours to engage with globally based colleagues and candidates where applicable Right to work in UK - we do not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.

Holds a UK driving license (ability to travel to sites nationwide is a must, especially during the university careers fairs season, during which there may be a requirement to stay away overnight).
