Talent Acquisition Recruiter | Hedge Fund | London Are you an ambitious Talent Acquisition professional with 2-3 years of recruitment experience? Are you currently recruiting in-house, or do you come from an agency background and want to make the move into an internal Talent Acquisition role? We're partnering with a highly regarded global investment firm to appoint a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join its London-based team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing organisation and take ownership of recruitment across a range of Human Resources and Central Functions roles. Working closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in attracting top talent while developing your career within the investment management and alternative investments sector. We're particularly interested in speaking with individuals who have experience recruiting within hedge funds, asset management, investment management, private equity, financial services, or related professional services environments.
About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: 2-3 years' recruitment experience gained either in-house or within a recruitment agency environment. Experience recruiting for Human Resources and Central Functions positions, such as HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Reward, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Business Support roles. Experience recruiting within financial services, investment management, asset management, hedge funds, private equity, or a related professional services sector.
A genuine interest in building a long-term career in Talent Acquisition within a leading investment firm. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and delivering an excellent candidate experience. Strong sourcing, headhunting, and talent-mapping capabilities. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
The confidence to work in a fast-paced, professional environment supporting multiple hiring requirements. This opportunity would be ideal for someone currently working within a recruitment agency, recruiting HR and Central Functions professionals, who is looking to make their first move in-house. Equally, we would welcome applications from recruiters already working internally who are looking to further their career within a prestigious global investment business.
