Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for approximately 50 hires per year, ensuring smooth coordination, timely communication, and a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy approval through to offer and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and agree recruitment plans. Build strong talent pipelines through targeted sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives Act as a subject matter expert for recruitment within your perimeter, providing insights on market trends, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience enhancements Ensure quality and accuracy of data in our ATS for requisitions, reporting, and candidate communications Apply Safran's equal opportunity principles and maintain compliance with all relevant standards But what else?
(benefits, specificities, etc.) Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment within an agency or in-house setting Open on job type recruitment experience, but will ideally have worked/ recruited within technical engineering or manufacturing environments Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence hiring decisions at all levels. Efficient, with great organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies, projects, and priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills, with a proactive, transparent and solutions-focused approach to problem solving. Ability to use recruitment data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes and optimise processes.
