As a Target Analyst, you will be a member of a team of experts performing target list management and Battle Damage Assessment (BDA) in support of European Command (EUCOM). You will be required to provide intelligence analysis in support of target nomination, development, and validation in accordance with Joint Publications (JP), military instruction standards, and EUCOM Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

The world can't wait. 5+ years of experience as an imagery analyst, including with imagery exploitation and creating imagery products 3+ years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst, including using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyze findings 1+ years of experience in the EUCOM AOR Experience with tools such as MIDB, MARS, WARPATH, iSpy, and DiEE Experience applying AI-enabled analytic platforms, including Maven Smart Systems, to accelerate target discovery, development, and validation Experience working with partners across the Intelligence Community Ability to work in a 24/7 environment and travel up to 25% of the time TS/SCI clearance Associate's degree in Intelligence Analysis and 7+ years of experience with Intermediate Target Development (ITD), Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Analysis and 3+ years of experience with ITD, or 10+ years of experience with ITD in lieu of a degree Nice If You Have: Experience performing Collateral Damage Estimation (CDE) Experience conducting Phase 1 and Phase 2 BDA Experience with data analytics and visualization Knowledge of the intelligence cycle or joint targeting cycle Knowledge of national or commercial imagery Knowledge of GEOINT tasking and collection processes and protocols Possession of excellent interpersonal skills Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including briefing TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Completion of a JITD Course Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
