Teacher of English - ECT

Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that inspire students and promote excellent progress. Assess, monitor and track student achievement, providing timely feedback to support learning. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports high standards of behaviour and achievement. Contribute to curriculum development and departmental improvement initiatives. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents/carers and wider school staff to maximise student success and wellbeing.
