Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that inspire students and promote excellent progress. Assess, monitor and track student achievement, providing timely feedback to support learning. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports high standards of behaviour and achievement. Contribute to curriculum development and departmental improvement initiatives. Pay range: MPS1 - £34,069 Are you an ambitious and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher of English looking to begin your teaching career in a supportive and inspiring environment? We are seeking a motivated ECT of English who is passionate about language and literature and dedicated to delivering high-quality learning experiences that engage and inspire young people.
As part of our successful English department, you will teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, planning and delivering engaging lessons, supporting students of all abilities and contributing to a culture of high expectations and achievement.
