Mathematical Passion: An enthusiasm for the subject that translates into engaging, high-impact lessons across KS3 and KS4. Inclusion: A commitment to meeting the needs of all learners, ensuring Mathematics is accessible to everyone (with particular reference to Education Support Plans). Drive: Someone who thrives in a disciplined, motivated environment and can foster a 'can-do' attitude toward numeracy.
