The successful candidate will: care deeply for the wellbeing and academic success of all our pupils. have experience supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs. be able to provide engaging learning opportunities for pupils in small groups, as well as supporting in a classroom setting.

be highly motivated, inspire a love of learning and ensure all pupils achieve the highest possible academic standards. have excellent interpersonal skills. be a true team player. have excellent organisational skills and a strong work ethic. have a 'can do' attitude to problem solving.
