Teaching Assistant GO4 Colwyn Bay, Conwy GO4 Point 8 £19,036 (FTE £27,709) Permanent Ysgol Bryn Elian TEACHING ASSISTANT - Supporting learners with severe learning difficulties and delivering learning (Grade 4) Ysgol Bryn Elian is an oversubscribed 11-18 secondary school occupying a stunning position in Old Colwyn, North Wales. We currently have approximately 1020 learners on roll with in excess of 150 in the Sixth Form.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, patient and committed member of staff to support some of our most vulnerable learners. You will need to be a good team player with a commitment to high quality, inclusive education and believe in our school motto of Achievement for All. If you have the energy, enthusiasm and the desire to inspire and support our staff and learners, we look forward to your application.

Applicants should: Have experience of working with children of relevant age in a learning environment. Have good proven numeracy and literacy skills. Have the ability to relate well to children and adults.
