Due to continued growth and expansion, we are are recruiting for Level 1 Teaching Assistant positions to join the team at Highfield Littleport Academy, supporting teachers to create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment for pupils with additional needs.
These roles are central to daily classroom life, working with individuals and small groups to encourage independence, build confidence and support both learning and wellbeing. As a special school for children and young people aged 2-19 in Littleport, Highfield Littleport Academy is a close-knit and caring community where relationships matter. Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Working Pattern: Monday 8.30am to 4.00pm, Tuesday to Friday 8.40am to 3.30pm (32.5 hours, 39 weeks) Salary: ALT Grade C Actual Salary £19,417.99 - £19,568.43 plus retention allowance £2749.59 - £2770.89
