Key Responsibilities: As a Teaching Assistant Level 3, your daily duties will include: Supporting students in the classroom, on a 1:1 basis, or in small groups to promote their learning and independence Assisting teaching staff with planning and delivering lessons tailored to individual needs Building effective relationships with students and the wider school community to overcome barriers to learning Promoting a positive and inclusive environment that encourages student engagement and achievement Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful as a Teaching Assistant Level 3, you will need: An NVQ Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent qualification Previous experience working with children and young people in an educational or care setting Mandatory compliance with an Enhanced DBS Check and relevant safeguarding training Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of integrity and confidentiality Sensitivity, patience, and a flexible approach to working with children and young people Why Join Us?
