We are seeking a motivated and collaborative individual to join our team as a Teaching, Learning and Student Experience Assistant. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute administrative support to the delivery of taught Master's and Undergraduate programmes within a dynamic and inclusive environment. You will be responsible for: Dealing with student enquiries via email, on the phone and face-to-face.
Maintaining student records and updating university systems accurately. Producing official documentation such as letters and programme handbooks. Updating programme and course unit information in Canvas and Campus Solutions. Assisting students with the registration process and providing administrative support for teaching staff and students. Experience of working with administrative processes. Good oral and written communication skills with an ability to deal with a wide range of people.
Good organisational skills, able to prioritise work in a busy environment. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively. Digital literacy, with a familiarity with standard IT packages. Desirable Criteria: Competent in the use of databases and student systems. Administrative experience within a higher education environment supporting programme administration We value transferable skills and real-world experience as much as formal qualifications.
