We have an opportunity for a Team Based Administratorto join ourCYP Eating Disorders Service in Stafford. You will be working within a small, supportive team, playing an important role in helping the service run smoothly and ensuring that staff have the administrative support they need to provide a high-quality service. This is an office-based role, working 22.5 hours per week, with a working pattern of Monday, Thursday and Friday.

Please note that the working pattern is fixed. Are you organised, proactive, and confident working independently? Do you enjoy taking initiative, managing your workload effectively, and ensuring deadlines are met?, 1. To provide general administrative services to support the smooth running of clinical services including: 1.2. Typing letters and reports 1.3. To collect and input statistical information as required and ensure that reports where requested are delivered within timescales 1.4.

Making bookings and cancellations e.g. training places, rooms and interpreters 1.6. Supporting diary management of an individual or individuals (arranging meetings etc) 1.7. Monitoring of an individual or team inbox 1.9. Provide general non-clinical advice, information and guidance to children and young peoples, parents and other professionals, to deal with all enquiries and communicate effectively on behalf of the Team 1.10.

To deal professionally and promptly with telephone enquiries, taking and processing messages accurately and adhering to relevant policies and procedures 1.11. Providing cover for other administrative colleagues during staff absence 1.12. Dealing with patient/public enquires about services - liaising with professionals where required and escalate as appropriate, This vacancy is only open at this stage to internal employees of the following organisations within the Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care System: Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust.

Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care Board. This role isnoteligible for visa sponsorship. Experience of using 8x8, RIO and Hybrid Mail would be advantageous, although this is not essential, as training will be provided This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, organised, approachable, and able to work well as part of a team. You will need to be able to manage competing priorities, use your own initiative, and take pride in delivering an efficient and reliable administrative service., Good standard of general education including English and Maths at GCSE Grade C or equivalent or Functional skills (English and Maths) Level 2 RSA Stage III Word Processing / Text Processing or equivalent, NVQ/ Level 3 Business administration, Relevant experience in administration support role including dealing with telephone enquiries in a timely manner Experience of dealing with sensitive/distressing issues Previous experience of data input, Demonstrate the ability to prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of effective team working Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of confidentiality Demonstrate a high level of communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent organisational skills and work on own initiative Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages e.g.
