Encourage Independence: Facilitate daily living skills, personal care, medication administration, and meaningful community engagement. Stand-In Management: Confidently step up in the manager’s absence—your leadership keeps everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Need Experience: Minimum 12 months working with adults who have learning disabilities or mental health needs.
