Job Title Travel Scrub Tech – Surgical (OR) Location Salt Lake City, Utah Schedule / Job Type Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Day Shift, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM | Onsite | Projected Start: 10/05/2026 Key Responsibilities Perform scrub technician duties in a high-volume surgical environment supporting a 14-bed OR unit Assist with a broad range of surgical procedures including General, GYN, Robotic, Urology, Trauma, Neuro, and Orthopedic cases Operate and manage standard OR equipment throughout surgical procedures Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation and patient care coordination Fulfill on-call requirements of 3–4 call shifts per month, including weekend call coverage Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrub Tech in a surgical setting Demonstrated proficiency in General, GYN, Robotic, Urology, Trauma, Neuro, and Orthopedic procedures Current BLS certification required CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) certification preferred but strongly encouraged Ability to fulfill 3–4 on-call and weekend call shifts per month Preferred Experience / Skills Experience with Vascular surgical procedures Experience with Cardiac surgical procedures Adaptable, strong communicator, and a collaborative team player in a fast-paced OR environment Why Join Us Work within a large, well-staffed surgical team of 100+ staff members with a 1:1 patient ratio in a supportive OR environment Scrub attire is provided on-site, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent patient care from day one
